Phone Bank is both simple to use and free! Here’s how to begin using Phone Bank today:
  • Have your access number ready (which is any one of your valid account numbers).
  • Know your personal identification number (PIN).

* Important: When you first access Phone Bank, please use the last four digits of the social security number of the person whose name appears first on the account, as your initial PIN. Once you have entered this number, follow the simple prompts to select a new PIN of your choice. Joint account holders will use the same PIN to access their account.

  • Have your account number(s) ready.
  • Use a touch-tone telephone on a touch-tone system.

*Important: You may also use a touch-tone telephone on a rotary system. After you dial the telephone number in the regular "Pulse" mode, switch to the "Tone" mode for entering your requests.

  • Dial toll free: #(888)327-5875.
  • Follow the simple voice instructions for entering the appropriate numbers requested.
  • Listen carefully to the menu selections offered and press the appropriate numbers for the desired account information or transaction.
  • Press "0" to talk with a Customer Service Representative, during normal business hours only, if you experience problems or have a question.
