ATM/Debit Cards
All Freedom Checking accounts are accessible via ATM/Debit card. To order your ATM/Debit Card, please stop in or call your local Shelby State Bank office.
To report a lost or stolen card 24/7, call 1-800-472-3272 24 hours a day or contact your local SSB office immediately during regular banking hours. If you have the Shelby State Bank mobile app, use the card controls to turn your debit card off until it is found or replaced. If you don’t have our app yet, download it from the App Store or Google Play today!
Overdraft Privilege
To protect you from the cost and inconvenience of declined debit transactions and returned checks, Shelby State Bank offers Overdraft Privilege with each Freedom Checking account. For a fee per occurrence, Overdraft Privilege may cover overdrawn transactions up to the specified limit. Contact your local branch for more information on this service.
